Instructions
- Sauté the onion in a small skillet with 1 teaspoon of oil until soft.
- Transfer the sautéed onion to a blender and add the remaining oil, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped jalapeños, cilantro, and garlic to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
