Instructions
- Cream the butter and brown sugar together until fluffy.
- Add the flour and stir until just incorporated.
- Transfer the dough to an 8-inch square pan and press into an even layer.
- Prick the dough with a fork and score it into 6 rows and 4 columns.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until light golden brown.
- Cut into pieces using the scored lines and let cool in the pan.
