The oats

The flavorings

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 unit apple, chopped

Garnishes

  • extra unit chopped fresh apples
  • extra unit cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Mix well to combine.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Enjoy cold or reheat in the microwave for 45 seconds before serving.
  5. Top with additional apples and cinnamon if desired.
