Ingredients

The oats mixture

  • cup regular oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ of an apple apple, peeled and chopped

The banana soft serve

  • 1 frozen banana frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ½ tbsp cashew butter

The topping

  • ½ tsp Sucanat or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all the oats mixture ingredients together and whisk well.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, prepare the banana soft serve by blending the frozen banana and milk in a food processor.
  4. Add the cashew butter to the banana soft serve and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve the oats topped with banana soft serve and sprinkle with Sucanat.
