  • ¾ cup Almond Milk
  • ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • cup canned pumpkin

Toppings

  • walnuts
  • ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, and spices in a bowl.
  2. Add the Almond milk and maple syrup, whisking until combined.
  3. Incorporate the pumpkin and whisk again until fully mixed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  5. Serve topped with raisins, walnuts, and additional maple syrup.
