Ingredients

The base

  • ¾ to 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped candied pecans
  • to taste raisins
  • to taste coconut flakes
  • to taste more maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix the pumpkin puree, oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a jar.
  2. Cover the jar and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  3. The next morning, eat directly from the jar or reheat in a pot or microwave for about 45 seconds.
  4. Top with optional ingredients like candied pecans, raisins, coconut flakes, and more maple syrup before enjoying.
