Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 ¼ cups Almond Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until fully combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between two mason jars.
  3. Refrigerate the jars overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  4. Top with additional pecans, maple syrup, and whipped cream if desired.
