Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, and a dash of salt until blended.
- 3. Add the coconut flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
- 4. Stir in the cheese and black pepper.
- 5. Divide the batter into silicone cupcake liners or paper liners greased with coconut oil.
- 6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, rotating halfway through, until the tops spring back when poked.
- 7. Allow the muffins to cool on a rack for about 10 minutes before serving.
