Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the broccoli for 4-5 minutes until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and mustard powder.
- Fold in the sautéed broccoli and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray and distribute the egg mixture evenly into each cup.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Let the muffins cool slightly before removing them from the tin.
