Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF and spray a 10x14-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Steam the broccoli florets for two minutes until just tender, then toss with garlic powder, salt, and curry powder.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 4. Layer the seasoned broccoli in the casserole dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese, ensuring even distribution.
- 6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is slightly browned and the eggs are cooked through.
- 7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
