Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, then add onion and broccoli, cooking for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional minute.
- Transfer the broccoli and onion mixture to the greased dish and sprinkle diced ham on top.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then add salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese, mixing well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and ham, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the egg is set and begins to turn golden, then let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
