Healthy Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

agave (or other sticky sweetener)

plain yogurt of choice (Greek recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare an 8x8 square pan.
- In a food processor, blend the oats and chickpeas until smooth.
- Add the milk, oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until incorporated.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, cornstarch, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the chickpea mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 28-29 minutes.
- For the frosting, blend hazelnuts, agave, oil, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and whisk in the yogurt until fluffy.
- Chill the frosting for at least 1 hour to thicken.
- Once the brownies are cool, spread the frosting on top and enjoy.
