Easy Tomato Basil Cream Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water.
- 2. Chop the tomato and blend it with cashews, water, and tomato paste until smooth.
- 3. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
- 4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- 5. Pour the blended sauce into the skillet, add salt, and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- 6. Stir in chopped basil and pepper.
- 7. Drain the pasta and combine it with the sauce to your desired consistency.
- 8. Serve immediately.
