Tomato Walnut Basil Pasta

The pasta

Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic, then heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add the onion and cook for about 5 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in oregano, salt, and black pepper, cooking for a few minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chopped basil, and nutritional yeast, stirring well. Bring to a low boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Cook your pasta while the sauce simmers.
- Stir in chopped walnuts and spinach, cooking for about 10 minutes longer on medium-low.
- Serve the sauce over the pasta and garnish with basil leaves and additional walnuts.
