Baked Spaghetti with Ricotta

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up until browned.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the meat is browned and onions are tender, about 7 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and return to the hot pan.
- Toss the spaghetti with ricotta cheese.
- In a 13 x 9” casserole dish, layer a spoonful of meat sauce, half of the noodles, half of the sauce, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until warm and bubbly.
