Baked Spaghetti Casserole with Beef and Cream Cheese

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti until al dente according to package directions, then drain.
- 3. In a skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, and cook until browned.
- 4. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sea salt to the skillet, cooking for another 7 minutes until the beef is fully cooked.
- 5. Drain excess fat and stir in the marinara sauce, simmering for an additional 5 minutes.
- 6. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- 7. Spread about ½ cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of the casserole dish.
- 8. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti, followed by half of the remaining meat sauce.
- 9. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the top and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- 10. Add the remaining spaghetti, the rest of the marinara sauce, and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- 11. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until warm and bubbly.
