Instructions
- Dice the cucumber, slice the grape tomatoes in half, and dice the red onion.
- Chop the parsley and crumble the feta cheese.
- Spread ¼ cup of hummus on each pita.
- Top with cucumber, tomato, red onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Finish with crumbled feta, chopped parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil.
