The dressing

Instructions
- Combine all salad vegetables, beans, and olives in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, toss pita pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then broil until golden.
- Add the toasted pita to the salad without mixing.
- Blend dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together.
- Serve immediately.
