Instructions
- Make the dressing by whisking together lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, sumac, and honey in a small bowl. Slowly add olive oil while whisking until emulsified. Add salt to taste and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pita triangles and fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring frequently. Season with salt and remove from the pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, radishes, green pepper, mint, and parsley.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Add the pita croutons just before serving and toss again.
