Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, garlic, salt, 1 teaspoon of dried mint, 1 teaspoon of sumac, and olive oil in a small bowl until emulsified.
- In a salad bowl, toss together the romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, radishes, and pita chips.
- Dress the salad with the vinaigrette and toss to combine.
- Dust the salad with the remaining sumac, dried mint, fresh mint, and black pepper before serving.
