Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, pomegranate molasses, sumac, and salt in a small bowl for the dressing and let it sit.
- In a skillet, heat ¼ cup olive oil and fry half of the pita chips until crispy, then transfer to a bowl.
- Repeat with the remaining pita chips, adding sumac and salt to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radishes, chives, mint, and parsley.
- Top the salad with fried pita chips, drizzle with dressing, and toss to combine. Garnish with more sumac if desired.
