Fattoush Salad

The salad

The dressing

lemon juice

garlic, minced

Instructions
- Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, red onion, parsley, and mint in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Add the pita chips and toss again.
- Serve immediately.
