Instructions
- Combine garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Pulse while slowly drizzling in olive oil until smooth, adjusting oil and seasonings as needed.
- In a clean food processor, blend olive pesto ingredients until a chunky paste forms.
- Serve the hummus in a bowl topped with pesto, alongside fresh veggies and pita wedges.
