The olives

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except olives in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add chopped olives and pulse until incorporated without turning them to mush.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
- Garnish with olive oil, more chopped olives, and parsley before serving.
