Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and salt with 3 cups of water, bring to a boil, and cook for 3-5 minutes, adding more water as needed.
- In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder with 4 tablespoons of water to create a smooth sauce, then add it to the saucepan along with vanilla extract.
- Reduce heat to low and whisk in egg whites quickly to incorporate them without forming chunks.
- Stir in sugar, flaxmeal, and cinnamon, then remove from heat.
- Serve immediately, topped with powdered sugar and chocolate chips if desired.
