Ingredients

The filling

  • 4 or 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 or 6 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

The wrappers

  • 21 wonton wrappers
  • as needed cooking oil (e.g., olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds.
  2. Combine cream cheese, green onions, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Lay out the wonton wrappers and moisten the edges with water.
  4. Place about a teaspoon and a half of filling onto each wrapper and fold diagonally to form a triangle, sealing the edges.
  5. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  6. Load the crab rangoon into the air fryer basket without stacking them.
  7. Set the air fryer to 370 degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Open the air fryer, flip the crab rangoon, and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and serve with your desired dipping sauce.
