Ingredients

The filling

  • 8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz cooked crab meat, shredded (or imitation crab meat)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium scallion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp salt

The wrappers

  • 30 pieces wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, scallions, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add one tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold the corners to the center to seal.
  4. Mist the tops of the filled wontons with cooking spray.
  5. For air frying, preheat the air fryer to 370°F and cook in batches for 6-7 minutes until golden.
  6. For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, place the wontons on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
