Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, green onions, egg, and Sriracha in a bowl until well mixed.
- Stir in the lobster, breaking it into smaller pieces.
- Wet the edges of the wonton wrappers with water.
- Place about one teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper, fold diagonally, and seal tightly.
- Boil the wontons in batches until they float, about 3 minutes, then drain on a cooling rack.
- Heat a non-stick skillet and fry the boiled wontons until golden and crispy.
