  • ½ cup Tamari
  • 10 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a pot and whisk well.
  2. Heat on the stovetop over medium-low heat until thickened, while whisking.
  3. Be careful not to overcook as it thickens more as it cools.
