Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and ginger in a mason jar.
- Add sriracha if desired, then close the jar and shake until mixed.
- To thicken, whisk cornstarch with warm water in a small bowl until dissolved.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce into a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat.
- Once simmering, add the cornstarch slurry and whisk until combined.
- Reduce heat to medium and continue whisking until the sauce thickens.
