Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture on medium-low until it simmers slowly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch, then add it to the simmering sauce.
- Allow the sauce to boil briefly, then remove from heat.
