Instructions
- Combine dried cherries and dates in a food processor and process until a sticky dough forms.
- Add raw almonds and process again until the mixture is uniform.
- Press the dough into a flat, bar-like shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Slice the dough into 8 bars.
- Store bars in a sealed container in the fridge or wrap individually for on-the-go snacks.
