Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and chop until a paste forms, keeping some texture.
- If the mixture doesn't bind, add up to 1 tablespoon of water.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 pan lined with wax paper and press down evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then cut into 8 bars.
- Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
