Instructions
- Line a large baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, protein powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and maple syrup together.
- Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well, then fold in the applesauce.
- Add milk gradually until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
