Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 large red apples
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 each frozen banana

The spices

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch ground nutmeg
  • a pinch ground ginger
  • a tiny pinch ground cloves

Optional sweeteners

  • 1-2 each pitted dates
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Pulse until combined and smooth.
  3. Taste and add sweetener if needed, pulsing to combine.
  4. Serve immediately and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
