Instructions
- For the raw version, blend all ingredients except the ice until creamy.
- Add the ice and blend until smooth.
- For the cooked version, sauté the apples with extra milk until softened.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then blend with the other ingredients until creamy.
- Add the ice and blend until smooth.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
