Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 apples diced and frozen (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • cup almond milk
  • cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional toppings

  • to taste whipped cream
  • to taste cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed.
  3. Pour into two glasses and enjoy, topping with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
