Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line two 8-inch pans with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cream the butter and allulose in a stand mixer until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined, then fold in the dry ingredients until creamy.
- Divide the batter between the two cake pans and smooth the tops. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool completely before frosting with your favorite keto vanilla frosting.
