Instructions
- Wash the bok choy in cold water and chop it, separating the stems from the leaves.
- Heat coconut oil in a large non-stick saucepan and add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add bok choy stems, soy sauce, and a splash of water, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Once the stems are tender, add bok choy leaves and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper, and finish with toasted sesame seeds.
