Instructions
- Bake the Chocolate Cake as directed.
- Cool the cake completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl, ensuring no large pieces remain.
- Massage the cake mixture with your hands until well combined.
- Press the mixture into heart-shaped molds, then transfer to a parchment-lined plate.
- Freeze the heart-shaped cake pops for 1-2 hours until solid.
- Remove a heart from the freezer, dip ½-inch of the lollipop stick into melted chocolate.
- Insert the lollipop stick into the bottom of the heart, pushing about ½-inch deep.
- Dip the heart into the melted chocolate, ensuring the coating meets the stick.
- Twirl off any excess chocolate.
- Apply sprinkles to the chocolate coating.
- Place the cake pop stick into a styrofoam block to set.
- Repeat with remaining hearts and allow to set completely before serving.
