Homemade Chicken Stock

fresh herbs (sage, oregano, thyme, rosemary, or others)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot.
- Fill the pot with water to cover the ingredients.
- Heat on high until it reaches a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours for deeper flavor.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Pour into freezer bags for storage or keep in the fridge for immediate use.
