Instructions
- Blend coconut meat until finely chopped.
- Combine coconut with almond flour, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into 30 gram balls and roll them to smooth the edges.
- Refrigerate the balls for about 1 hour to firm up.
- Skewer each ball onto a lollipop stick.
- Melt the chocolate chips and dip each pop to coat.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes if desired.
- Allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
