Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the strawberry filling by mixing strawberries, tapioca flour, maple syrup, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Transfer the filling to a baking dish.
- In the same bowl, combine almond flour, maple sugar, ghee, and sea salt to create the crumble topping.
- Mix until crumbly, then stir in the chopped pecans.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the strawberry mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the strawberries are heated through but not mushy.
- Serve immediately, optionally with a scoop of vanilla coconut milk ice cream.
