Beer Cheese Dip

Instructions
- Grate the cheddar cheese and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the flour and whisk until a thick paste forms.
- Slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Whisk in the remaining ingredients one at a time.
- Remove from heat and pour into a serving dish. The dip will thicken as it cools.
