Ingredients

The dip

  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 6 ounces beer
  • 4 stalks chives or 1 scallion
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

For serving

  • as needed potato chips, pretzels, or crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch mix, beer, chives, and garlic powder.
  2. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  3. Cover the dip and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with additional chives if desired and serve with chips, pretzels, or crackers.
