Beer Cheese Dip

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Cook and crumble the bratwurst in a skillet until browned, then drain the fat and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sprinkle with flour, cooking for 1 minute.
- 4. Gradually whisk in the milk, beer, and gravy mix until smooth, then bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- 5. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth, then add the cooked sausage.
- 6. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch glass pie plate and sprinkle with cheese curds.
- 7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts, then serve with pretzel bites or chips.
