Ingredients

The sausages

  • 4 pieces bratwurst sausages

The marinade

  • 350 ml light beer

The serving

  • as needed pieces hot dog buns
  • as needed pieces sauerkraut
  • as needed pieces sliced pickles
  • as needed pieces ketchup
  • as needed pieces Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Soak the sausages in beer for 6 hours in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drain the sausages and discard the beer.
  4. Place the sausages on the lined sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Flip the sausages and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the sausages in buns with toppings.
