Beer Brat Bites

Instructions
- Cook the bratwurst sausages in the Sizzling Sausage Grill until done.
- In a pot over medium-high heat, combine the beer and brown sugar and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the mixture is reduced and thickened.
- Whisk in the Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Mix the cornstarch with cold water, then add to the beer mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick.
- Slice the sausages into 1-inch pieces and add them to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
