Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and garlic, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Add whole milk and beer, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Gradually add in the cheeses, oregano, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and green onion until combined.
- If the dip becomes too thick, add an additional tablespoon of whole milk to thin it out.
