Mason Jar Salads with Yogurt Dressing

Sesame Yogurt Dressing (divided)

mixed greens

chopped Brussels sprouts

orange (cut 1 inch thick)

Instructions
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a bowl and store in an airtight container.
- Layer half the salad ingredients into each mason jar, starting with the dressing at the bottom.
- Add quinoa, mixed greens, orange slices, chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, squash, and top with herbs and sprouts.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Shake the jar before serving and pour the contents into a bowl or plate.
